What To Expect

Vocal therapy treats the person and their overall wellbeing, as a whole, and not just the vocal symptom(s). This means that you come first. Vocal acupuncture can be a valuable part of a holistic treatment plan for those who wish to adress vocal disorders in this way. However, if you are feeling nervous or aprehensive, we can explore acupressure where no needles are used!

Each session will last 40 minutes in total, and we will always begin with an open discussion and check-in before any treatment is carried out. The amount of needles (or pressure/trigger points) will be determinded and lead by what you feel comfortable with as the client; following on from my guidance and recomendation.
As a fully registered, licenced, insured and qualified practitioner I ensure a safe and comfortable environment at all times.
